Founding architect and design director, graduated from Jose Maria Vargas University, with over 21 years of experience in residential and commercial projects, specializing in restaurants, entertainment complexes, project management, and construction. "We consider ourselves interpreters of your good taste, your requirements, and your needs."
As a design director, his contributions are creative and thoughtful, with a strong emphasis on integrating space, light, and nature. A consummate collaborator, he listens attentively to clients to understand their needs and objectives; his communication skills have been the foundation of his success.
Stefani Koban
Associate designer with extensive knowledge and experience in industrial production, specializing in high-quality 3D model renderings and animations using 3ds Max, and managing architectural and engineering projects with Revit and BIM. She integrates aesthetics and functionality into every project, demonstrating that balance and good taste are always the best choice.

Jorge Anchundia
An associate architect specializing in project management shares his applied vision of Lean Construction in every challenge he faces. A 2004 graduate of the Faculty of Architecture at the Central University of Venezuela, he has worked on numerous projects, becoming involved in all aspects of the organization, including design, technical team management, and contract administration. His expertise in digital design tools is a key strength, which he applies to the refined design of cutting-edge materials and building systems.
